RevTek Solutions announces Frank Tirado joining the organization in the capacity of Enterprise Solutions Architect. Frank has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Business Architecture supporting both commercial and government enterprises. His past experiences include working for the MITRE and the IBM Corporation.
Frank’s skills include expertise in Service Oriented Architecture, Business Process Management and Case Management Automation. His federal government experiences have included supporting the Internal Revenue Service, National Institutes of Health and the United States Postal Service. Frank also has key experiences working in support of the Department of Defense’s supporting its Net Centric strategy as well as Department of Homeland Security’s US Customs ACE program. His business experiences have included working in Mexico and Puerto Rico where he had engagements for the both the Government Development Bank as well as the territory’s 2000 Elections System Modernization.
Frank has a degree in history from Rutgers University. He has mastery of numerous technical languages and skills supporting a variety of technology platforms. In addition to his Certified IT Architect, his specialties include databases and modeling, Service Oriented Architecture and Design, and business process modeling.
RevTek Solutions welcomes Dan L. Ward to its list of associates as a Chief Workforce Economist. Dan has numerous years engaging in the area of strategic workforce for our nation and government. He has had major human capital advisory roles and has helped to establish program offices in several government agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, Internal Revenue Service, Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Veterans Affairs, to name a few. Examples of his work include reporting to the US House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) on the use of performance and productivity incentive programs across government and industry; senior project lead for the intelligence community’s IC-Cyber Workforce Resource Study and the community’s Human Capital Vision 2020.
Dan’s professional career includes working for NASA and the MITRE Corporation.He is co-author of the IC-CIO information security strategy document published in 2009.He has organizational analysis and international engagements working with the likes of GTE, Texaco and EDS on Agency and Division level studies.His economic interest specializes in applied human capital economics.Dan received his BA in Social Sciences Magna Cum Laude and his MA in Manpower and Industrial Relations from the University of North Texas.
